The Main-Spessart Technology Transfer Center (TTZ-MSP) works closely with numerous regional companies to promote innovation and progress in industry in a targeted manner. Together with our partners from the Main-Spessart region, we develop forward-looking solutions in key technologies such as additive manufacturing, particularly in the field of multi-material printing. Our focus here is on the production of components that are not only functional but can also be manufactured in a resource-saving and efficient manner.
Another focus of our collaborations is the development of bionically optimized lightweight components that set new standards thanks to their structure and material savings. These components are developed specifically with lightweight construction in mind, thereby contributing to a reduction in material consumption and energy costs.
In the context of digitalization and sustainable production, we are also working on projects that pursue forward-looking approaches to process optimization and resource conservation. Our expertise and state-of-the-art technical equipment, combined with the know-how of our partner companies, enable us to develop customized and practical solutions.
This close cooperation benefits both regional companies and the TTZ-MSP through a continuous transfer of knowledge and technology. Together, we are shaping an innovative and sustainable future for the Main-Spessart region.
The following regional partners from business, institutions, and local authorities support the TTZ MSP by financing the endowed professorship and helping to shape the content of the institution.
